Revolve CM-EXPRESS
RevolveCM is the next offering in the Revolve product line.
RevolveCM is an "off the shelf" case management tool for organizations of any size. The current version of Revolve will now be known as Revolve Legacy and will be continued to be supported and managed for our current customers. RevolveCM will be available for all new customers and will be available in three different pricing tiers called RevolveCM Express, RevolveCM Standard, and RevolveCM Enterprise.

Referral, Screening, and Intake
The Referral, Screening, and Intake process collects the vital information used to determine program eligibility and gives the staff the knowledge to address problems and needs of a potential client. RevolveCM tracks historical and current physical and mental health issues include diagnosis history. RevolveCM preserves a history of all prior referrals and admissions.
Client Management
The RevolveCM Client Management tool allows the user track client information including insurance, education history, employment and income, and legal history. RevolveCM manages relationships of other clients to present a all-inclusive case history for the staff.
Document Imaging
Allows staff to upload documents in to the system and attach them to the client’s case.
Assessments and Service Plans
Custom assessments service plans allow staff to tailor treatment based on an individual’s unique needs. Historical assessments can be used to monitor client progress through the program.
Service Tracking
Service Tracking gives the staff the tools need to document the clients services based on the individuals service plan. Services outside the plan can be added as need to ensure that a client’s dynamic situation is constantly addressed.
Productivity Monitoring, Quality Improvement & Outcome Management
RevolveCM provides staff with information ticklers and caseload summary reports that allow them ensure quality service is being delivered to their clients and assists staff in maintain compliance for accreditation. RevolveCM tracks and manages incidents. User defined outcomes are tracked at the client level and the data is rolled up to the program and organization level and provide Q&A and Outcomes reports for supervisors, executives and auditors.
Client Placement Management
RevolveCM is a comprehensive placement management tool that monitors capacity, preferences, placement interruptions and availability.
Licensing and Certification
The RevolveCM licensing and certification module allows the agency to track applications for services such as foster home licensing, adoption services including daycare and respite services. RevolveCM also manages relicensing and training requirements.
Agency Defined User Interface
Virtually every field in RevolveCM can be customized by the agency. The agency system administrator has the ability to rename data elements, turn off date entry fields not used by the agency, and add custom data fields to data entry screens. These changes will automatically be propagated to all the reports in system.
Compressive Reporting Solution
In addition to standard reports, RevolveCM has an extensive ad-hoc reporting tool that allows users to create a report using all available data fields in the system. The user can build a report by selecting the data available and apply filtering criteria such as date ranges for services, or group by the various demographic data available in the system. The user can save these reports and send them to other users to view.
