Warranty Information Five Points is committed to the success of its clients. We guarantee the maintenance and operation of our software an will make equivalent replacement parts available for a product sold to the State, Local or Private entities for at least five years after a products is discontinued.

Texas SasS Program
Five Points and Associates is a Texas certified HUB firm. Our Team will be performing all aspects of this contract as SaaS (software and software as a service) without subcontractors. As part of Five Points’ product offering for CoBRIS, we supply a full team of technical and managerial resources dedicated to the custom implementation of CoBRIS for our customers. Our proven experience in successfully implementing CoBRIS for our many satisfied customers has created a wealth of experience and infrastructure we will leverage on all future implementations in contractual satisfaction of this RFO.

Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS)
Under DBITS contract DIR-TSO-4175, Five Points offers Application Development and Application Maintenance & Support services.-
Application Maintenance and Support
1) Definition: Application Maintenance and Support includes the skills and requirements for supporting application systems, including troubleshooting, modifying, maintaining and enhancing legacy systems. Application Maintenance and Support also applies to applications running in a production environment.
2) Examples of included services: research, analysis, design, programming, testing, documenting and implementing maintenance changes; correcting software errors; modifying reports and ensuring accurate report runs; making modifications to the applications and documentation; writing ad hoc queries; loading and applying changes to the software language and/or database in which the application is written; providing corrections for production or any changes needed and participation in disaster recovery testing, planning and documentation. Services may need to be available 24/7 or on an oncall basis.
Application Development
1) Definition: Application Development is the development of new applications which may be mainframe, server, network-based, web-based or a combination. The requirements for new applications may require interfaces to existing applications.
2) Examples of included services: web application development; mobile application development; service oriented architecture (SOA); researching; analyzing; gathering requirements; designing; programming; testing; documenting and implementing; applying changes to the software language and/or database in which the application is written; providing corrections for production or any changes needed and participation in disaster recovery planning and documentation.

Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC)

Five Points and Associates, Inc. offers information technology staff augmentation services (ITSAC) through this contract, specifically: 168 awarded categories of Information Technology labor rates. Jobs for Customers are competitively solicited through DIR in regards to this ITSAC contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this ITSAC contract. This contract does have a number of subcontractors, many of which are HUB vendors.
